Drew Evans
Owner
Drew has been part of Maven Salon since its doors opened in 2013. While he isn't a licensed beauty professional, he knows the beauty industry inside and out and keeps the driving force behind many of the operations that keep Maven running smoothing. A graduate from Shenandoah University, Drew is also a Regional Sales Consultant for Cosmoprof and has a passion for business and real estate. When he is not working, you'll find hime watching sports, spending time with his wife and their three children, or finding the next opportunity to help Maven grow.
Raghen Grishaw
Stylist
Raghen is a licensed cosmetologist and a graduate of Brookville High School making her a true Lynchburg local. She loves helping guests feel their absolute best and is excited to see where this industry takes her. Her favorite finishing touches? Beautiful beachy waves and polished ironwork that brings the whole look together.
Mallory Evans
Owner / Maven Stylist / Paul Mitchell National Educator
Mallory, the owner of Maven Salon and Maven At The Lake, is a Forest resident and '07 graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Tysons in McLean, Virginia. Mallory is also a National Color Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems and a licensed cosmetology instructor in the state of Virginia.. She also serves as an instructor at a local accredited cosmetology school, where she helps educate and mentor the next generation of beauty professionals. She is happily married with three children.
