Elizabeth Hill
Savvy Stylist
Elizabeth has been in the hair industry since 2013. She loves creating lived-in-looks with textured cuts and balayages, as well as creating wild fun fantasy colors. She is a proud wife and mom of two beautiful children. When she's not at the salon she loves going to concerts with her husband and on adventures with her family. She is a firm believer in the importance of traveling to experience new people and cultures. Some countries she has visited include South Africa, Spain, Germany, France, El Salvador, Italy and England. She plans on taking many more trips with her family in the future.
Coleen Reed
Talent Stylist
Coleen was born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia. She has always loved hair and makeup. Blondes and pinks are her favorite, but she will gladly give her guests any color they desire. When she's not working hard at her in-salon education, Coleen is lifting at the gym (to help fuel her dessert obsession). She also loves relaxing by all bodies of water (pools, lakes, oceans, etc.)
Hattiebelle Jones
Salon Assistant
Hattiebelle grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia and graduated from Heritage High School in 2018. From there, she moved to New York City to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She also completed the Musical Theatre Conservatory program in 2020. During COVID-19, Hattie decided to come back to her hometown. When she did, she discovered a newfound passion for hair and makeup. In her spare time, you’ll still find her dancing and singing around her house. She also thoroughly enjoys Disney Movies.
Mallory Evans
Owner / Maven Stylist / Paul Mitchell National Educator
Mallory, the owner of Maven Salon and Maven At The Lake, is a Forest resident and '07 graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Tysons in McLean, Virginia. Mallory is also a National Color Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems. She is happily married with three children.
Maryhelen Baker
Talent Stylist
Maryhelen graduated cosmetology school in 2021. She is always excited to bring a guest's hair vision to life. Maryhelen is always excited to learn the newest trends and techniques. She wants her clients to feel welcome and comfortable in her chair and confident and beautiful when they leave the salon. When not in the salon, Maryhelen loves spending time with her English Shepherds, Penny and Finn, traveling and trying new foods.
Drew Evans
Owner
Drew considers himself blessed to work in one of the fastest growing industries today. While not a licensed member of the beauty community, his experience as an owner of Maven Salon has created a new appreciation for the positive daily impact salons have on the general public. Drew is a graduate of Shenandoah University and takes pride in learning through interactions with Maven Salon's guests and team members, as well as traveling the world for hair shows.
